The short version: your salary never leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing you type. There are no accounts, no forms, no calculation logs. Income, deductions, withholding and filing status are processed in your browser's memory and vanish when you close the tab.

What we don't do

We don't sell data, don't profile users, and don't ask for names, emails or employer details. The calculator works with anonymous numbers only.

Cookies & ads

The site may use third-party advertising (e.g., Google AdSense) and analytics that set cookies to serve and measure ads. These are governed by the providers' privacy policies; you can opt out through your browser or the providers' tools.

Third-party fonts

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which will see your IP address as part of any font request. If you prefer to avoid this, a font-blocking browser extension works fine — the calculator falls back to system fonts.

Children

TaxMetra is not directed at children under 13, and we knowingly collect no personal information from anyone.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date below. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
